Unable to start/end the trace.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The temporary space NEWTRACEJOBSPACE has been locked by other job running Start Trace (STRTRC) command or End Trace (ENDTRC) command, for a long amount of time.
Recovery . . . : Try the Start Trace (STRTRC) command or the End Trace (ENDTRC) command again. If the problem persists then try to determine what other job is running the STRTRC or ENDTRC command (WRKACTJOB). If the other job is running Start Trace (STRTRC) command with Trace Program (TRCPGM) is possible that the user exit program is taking too long to execute. Otherwise contact your service provider.
