Not authorized to set the trace characteristics of the specified jobs in a related job or thread.

Cause . . . . . : To specify to set the trace characteristics of the specified jobs in a related job or thread you must have *ALLOBJ special authority, or be authorized to the Trace Any User function of the IBM i through System i Navigator's Application Administration support. The Change Function Usage (CHGFCNUSG) command, with a function ID of QIBM_ALLOBJ_TRACE_ANY_USER, can also be used to change the list of users that are allowed to perform trace operations.
Recovery . . . : Contact your system administrator to get the required authority.
