Watch session &1 started by &2 command.

Cause . . . . . : An active watch session named &1 was found in the system, but this session was started by &2 command. ENDWCH command and End Watch (QSCEWCH) API are not able to end the trace sessions started by any of the trace commands (STRTRC, TRCINT, TRCCNN, STRCMNTRC and TRCTCPAPP). The watch session will be ended but the associated trace will remain active.
Recovery . . . : Use WRKTRC command to verify the trace sessions currently active and end any of them if required. Use WRKWCH command to verify the watch for event sessions currently active.
