Distribution ID not used.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : An attempt was made to call the sending sequence completed function. The distribution ID is reserved, but has not been used on a call to the send distribution function. Sending sequence completed cannot be called until a send distribution has completed.
Recovery . . . : The agent application should either remove the distribution ID by calling the scratch ID function, or send the distribution by calling the send distribution function.
