Cannot compress object &1 in &2 type *&3.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Object &1 in &2 type *&3 was not compressed because the object is not in the correct form. The specified object was created prior to Version 3 Release 6.
Recovery . . . : Do one of the following, and try the request again:
-- If observable information exists for the object, retranslate the object using the Change Module (CHGMOD), Change Program (CHGPGM), or Change Service Program (CHGSRVPGM) command with the value of *YES specified on the FRCCRT parameter. Use the Display Module (DSPMOD), Display Program (DSPPGM), or Display Service Program (DSPSRVPGM) command to determine if the observable information exists for the object.
-- Recreate the object from the source.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : A program, service program, or module that was created prior to Version 3 Release 6 must be retranslated before the object can be compressed. For program and service program objects, the object must be retranslated only to compress the executable part of the object.
