Pointers not valid for system domain user queue.

Cause . . . . . : You have requested that a system domain user queue be created with pointer capability. The system is unable to create such a user queue. The value specified for the domain parameter is &1. The value specified for the pointers parameter is &2.
Recovery . . . : You can do one of the following:
-- Change the pointers parameter to '*NO'.
-- If the domain parameter is set to *SYSTEM, change it to *DEFAULT or *USER. If the domain parameter is set to *DEFAULT or *USER, ensure that the target library is permitted by the QALWUSRDMN system value.
