Value specified for job parameter is not valid.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Job name &1, user name &2, or job number &3 do not meet the requirements for the job parameter. If the job name specified is special value * then the user name and job number must be blanks. The only other special values allowed for the job name are *ALL and *CURRENT.
Recovery . . . : Specify a valid value for the job parameter and try the request again.
