Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The requested CD-ROM premastering state parameter is &2 and one of the following conditions occurred:
-- Either the qualified user space name parameter or the format parameter is not blank.
-- The distribution set map identifier parameter is not blank.
Recovery . . . : Do one of the following and then try the request again.
-- The qualified user space name and format parameters can only be specified when the requested CD-ROM premastering state parameter is -1 (query); otherwise, these parameters must be set to blanks.
-- The distribution set map identifier parameter can only be specified if the requested CD-ROM premastering state parameter is 1 (enable); otherwise, this parameter must be set to blanks.
