Upgrade from release &2 to release &1 is not valid.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Prepare for an install from release &2 to release &1 was requested. Upgrades between these releases are not supported.
Recovery . . . : Change the target release parameter to a release that is supported for upgrades from release &2. Then try the request again.
