Software agreements have not been accepted.

Cause . . . . . : The Licensed Internal Code and operating system *BASE software agreements need to be accepted before upgrading to release &1.
Recovery . . . : See the Installing, upgrading, or deleting IBM i and related software topic collection in the IBM i and related software category in the IBM i Information Center for release &1 about accepting software agreements (http://www.ibm.com/systems/i/infocenter/). See the topic on preparation tasks for upgrading or replacing software.
Any other licensed programs that have not had their agreements accepted will not be allowed to install once the operating system has been installed. These agreements should also be accepted prior to the upgrade to release &1.
