Command not valid when package binding process is active.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : A Distributed Data Management (DDM) command was sent that is not allowed when the package binding process is active.
Recovery . . . : End the binding process and try the operation again.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : Only the DDM commands Bind SQL Statement (BNDSQLSTT), End Bind (ENDBND), Commit Relational Database Transaction (RDBCMM), and Rollback Relational Database Transaction (RDBRLLBCK) may be sent when the binding process is active. The DDM codepoint for the command that was sent is &1. This will result in SQLCODE -30050 and SQLSTATE 58011 at the application requester.
