Cause . . . . . : An attempt was made to fetch a row of data from a cursor which is not open.
Recovery . . . : Open the cursor and try the operation again.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : A DDM Continue Query (CNTQRY) command was received for a query before the DDM Open Query (OPNQRY) command was sent to open the query.
