COMMIT or ROLLBACK failed on remote database

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : A commit or rollback operation failed at remote relational database &1. The SQLCODE returned from the remote relational database is &2. The SQLSTATE is &3. If the operation was a ROLLBACK then the connection has been ended.
Recovery . . . : If the operation was a ROLLBACK then the unit of work has ended. If the operation was a COMMIT then the unit of work is still active and a ROLLBACK must be issued.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : When a commit or rollback operation fails, the application server returns an indicating the cause of the failure.
