Unable to start DRDA/DDM TCP/IP server.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : A request was issued to start the job that listens for DRDA and DDM TCP/IP connect requests and dispatches server jobs. However, TCP/IP is not active and is required for the dispatcher job to communicate.
Recovery . . . : Use the STRTCP command to start TCP/IP.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : TCP/IP must be initialized and activated in order for the DRDA/DDM TCP/IP server jobs to communicate. Ensure that the QSYSWRK subsystem is also active. If not, use the STRSBS command to start the subsystem, start TCP/IP, and run the STRTCPSVR command again.
