DDM conversation is either invalid or closed.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : A commitment control operation was attempted for a remote relational database, but no DDM conversation path was found. Either the operation is invalid, or the conversation may have ended due to a previous error.
Recovery . . . : See any previously listed error messages to determine the cause of the failure. If undetermined, report the problem using the Analyze Problem (ANZPRB) command.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : A commitment control operation has been requested for a Commitment Defintion/Resource ID pair which has no corresponding pathid. Operation fails.
