Record length for file &1 on device &3 too long.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The file was created with truncated records. Record length for file &1 on device &3 too long. Bytes &4-&5 have been truncated.
Recovery . . . : Do one of the following:
-- Change the program record length and try the operation again.
-- For a tape, override the tape file (OVRTAPF command) to specify a larger RCDLEN value.
-- For a diskette, the maximum record length for a Basic exchange file is 128 bytes. The maximum record length for an H exchange file is 256 bytes. The maximum record length for an I exchange file is 4096 bytes.
