Device &4 not valid for file &2 in library &3.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : One of the following is true:
-- The device is the wrong device type for the file.
-- If the file is a display file with the DEV value of *REQUESTER, then the job is not an interactive job.
-- The device is a display device created with APPTYPE(*CTLSSN).
-- If the file is an intersystem communications function (ICF) file acquiring the requesting program device, then the job is not a batch job started by a program start request.
Recovery . . . : Change the DEV parameter on the appropriate Create, Change, or File Override command, and then try the request again.
