Device &4 can not be used on this system.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Device &4 has either lost the assign or never obtained an assign because the device description was set to ASSIGN(*NO).
Recovery . . . :
-- Determine the system which has the device assigned to it. Unassign the device by varying off the device using the Vary Configuration (VRYCFG) command.
-- If the device description for device &4 is set to ASSIGN(*YES), then vary off the device and vary it back on using VRYCFG.
-- If the device description for device &4 is set to ASSIGN(*NO), then the device may be able to continue once the assign is released from the other system. To ensure this, vary off the device and vary it back on using the VRYCFG command.
--If the problem continues, run problem analysis (ANZPRB command) and report the problem.
