Not able to allocate objects needed for file &2 in library &3 member or program device &4.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : One of the following occurred:
-- The file, library, member, or device is in use by another job. For printer devices, this may be a print writer job.
-- The device is not varied on, or has been deleted or renamed.
-- No sessions are available for an advanced program-to-program communications (APPC) device.
Recovery . . . : Do one of the following and try the request again:
-- Vary the configuration on (VRYCFG command) if necessary.
-- End the print writer that has the printer device allocated.
-- Use the Work with Configuration Status (WRKCFGSTS *DEV) command to verify that the device is varied on and to determine what job is using the device.
-- Use the Display Device Description (DSPDEVD) command verify that the device exists. If it does not exist, use the correct create device command to create the device, or use the Rename Object (RNMOBJ) command to rename an existing device of the proper type to the desired name. Vary on the device.
-- If the object that could not be allocated is an APPC device description, no sessions are available for the remote location. The WAITFILE parameter can be changed with the correct change or override file command to allow the system to wait longer for a session to become available. The MAXSSN and LCLSSN values on the mode can be changed (CHGMODD command) to make more sessions available. The remote system may also have to be configured again to accept a greater number of sessions. If enough sessions have been configured, increase the current session limit to the configured limit (CHGSSNMAX command).
