Cartridge &6 not available.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Cartridge &6 in library device &5 is not available at this time. One of the following may be the cause:
-- the cartridge may already be queued for use in the media library device.
-- the cartridge may be mounted in another tape resource that is not available to this media library
-- the cartridge was marked not available, or in error by the library device manager
-- the cartridge identifier may be a duplicate.
-- the cartridge may have been manually ejected from the library device &5.
-- the cartridge was not available on an Add Tape Cartridge (ADDTAPCTG) command when CHKVOL(*YES) was specified.
-- the cartridge was specified more than once on the Duplicate Tape (DUPTAP) command.
-- The cartridge may be stuck in the transport element.
Recovery . . . : Do one of the following:
-- wait until the cartridge is available and retry the operation.
-- if the cartridge is mounted in another device due to a SETTAPCGY OPTION(*MOUNTED), then wait until a SETTAPCGY OPTION(*DEMOUNTED) is issued or unload the tape by specifying VOL(*MOUNTED) with an end positioning of *UNLOAD and retry the operation.
-- if the cartridge was marked unavailable by the library device manager, determine why from the library manager console, make the cartridge available, and retry the operation.
-- cancel the operation that is using the cartridge and retry the operation.
-- remove all cartridges with duplicate identifiers and retry the operation.
-- if ADDTAPCTG command with CHKVOL(*YES) was issued, the cartridge has been successfully added, but the volume identifier was not verified by loading the cartridge in a tape resource.
-- if DUPTAP command was issued, do not attempt to specify the same cartridge identifier more than once.
-- See the operator's guide for the device for instructions on how to remove a cartridge stuck in the transport element.
