Too many devices specified for file &2 in library &3.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The number of devices specified on the DEV parameter and applied during the open operation is greater than the maximum allowed for the file.
Recovery . . . : Do one of the following and try the request again:
-- Reduce the number of devices (DEV parameter) on the Change Display File (CHGDSPF) or the Override Display File (OVRDSPF) command.
-- To increase the number of devices allowed, change the maximum number (MAXDEV) parameter on the Change Display File (CHGDSPF) command.
