CTLCHAR(*FCFC) not valid for externally described file.

Cause . . . . . : File &2 in library &3 was being processed when the error occurred. The first character page control CTLCHAR(*FCFC) is not valid for externally described files.
Recovery . . . : Either remove the SRCFILE and the SRCMBR parameters or specify CTLCHAR(*NONE).
