Message : CPF415E
Resource request timed out on device &4.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The system could not allocate a tape resource from library device &4 within &7 minutes.
-- A category may be mounted on device &4.
-- There may be tapes in leave processing on device &4. Tape cartridges in leave processing force a tape resource to not be used by any command other than to that same cartridge. To determine if a tape is in leave processing, use the Display Tape Status (DSPTAPSTS) command.
Recovery . . . :
-- Use the Change Job MLB Attributes (CHGJOBMLBA) command to change the allocation attributes for media library device &4.
-- If the mounted category is no longer needed use the Set Tape Category (SETTAPCGY) command to demount the category.
-- If there is a tape cartridge in leave processing that does not need to be in leave processing, issue a Check Tape (CHKTAP) command to device &4 and specify the cartridge in leave processing in the volume (VOL) parameter, and specify an end option (ENDOPT) of *UNLOAD or *REWIND. See the Storage solutions category in the IBM i Information Center book, http://www.ibm.com/systems/i/infocenter/, for more information about controlling resources in a tape media library.
