Device can not support option specified for file.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Device &4 is not able to support the option specified for file &2 in library &3. BLOCK(*IMG3270) or BLOCK(*DEF3270) has been specified and the application APPTYPE is not *EML on the device description.
Recovery . . . : Correct the blocking parameter on the file, or specify APPTYPE(*EML) on the device description.
