EOFDLY processing not valid for member &4.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The End-of-file delay (EOFDLY) processing specified by an Override with Data Base File (OVRDBF) command is not allowed for member &4 of file &2 in library &3 because file &2 reuses deleted records.
Recovery . . . : Either remove the override to use EOFDLY processing or use the Change Physical File (CHGPF) command to change the file so it is no longer capable of reusing deleted records.
