Establishment of a switched line connection failed.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The establishment of a switched line connection failed for the device &4, file &2 in library &3. The error code is &6.
Recovery . . . : Close the file. If the error code is not 03, vary device off and then on again (VRYCFG command). Try the command again. If the problem occurs again, enter the ANZPRB command to run problem analysis. The following error codes represent the error conditions detected in the system and are listed for information only.
01-The device contact was not successful.
02-The control unit contact was not successful.
03-The operator stopped the switched connection.
04-No valid lines were defined.
05-The control unit description is in error condition. The error could be a control unit failure, a line failure or some conflict with the access to the control unit description.
06-The far end varied off the communications without making contact with the device.
07-The far end disconnected the line without making contact with the device.
08-Unable to access control unit or line description to do switch line function.
09-A logical disconnect is pending close of the files. The far end physically disconnected the line but the logical disconnection will not occur until all the files have been closed.
