KEEP LOCKS option for member &4 is not valid.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The KEEP LOCKS option cannot be requested for member &4 of file &2 in library &3 because the member is not being opened for input only. When the KEEP LOCKS option is requested, the member must be opened for input only.
Recovery . . . : Do one of the following:
- Request that the member be opened for input only.
- Do not request the KEEP LOCKS option.
