Parameter specified not valid on SPLSCS keyword.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : An attempt was made to open file &2 in library &3 with the SPLSCS(YES), the SPLSCS(*PASTRU), or the SPLSCS(*EMLPRT) keyword specified on the user file control block (UFCB) with parameter SPOOL(*NO).
Recovery . . . : Use parameter SPOOL(YES) with the OVRPRTF or the CHGPRTF command, and then try the request again.
