Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Device &4 error occurred during open processing for file &2 in library &3.
Recovery . . . : Close the file. Vary the device off and then on again (VRYCFG command). Check the messages in the job log to determine if any system operator messages indicate that additional corrective action must be performed before varying on the device. Try the request again.
