INDARA mismatch between program and file &2 in library &3.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Either the program was compiled with externally described file &1 that had the INDARA attribute but tried to open externally described file &2 that does not have the INDARA attribute, or the program was compiled with program described file &1 but tried to open externally described file &2 that has the INDARA attribute. The file the program expected and the file the program tried to open are not the same because either the expected file is overridden to the opened file, or the expected file was deleted then created again with a different INDARA attribute.
Recovery . . . : Create the file and/or program again so the file and program match.
