File sequence number &6 already exists.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : File sequence number &6 already exists on volume &7, and the device &4 is a &8 tape device. After a tape volume has been initialized, this type of tape device can only add files to the end of the volume. Therefore, a sequence number cannot be specified which already exists on the volume.
Recovery . . . : Do one of the following:
-- Specify a sequence number (SEQNBR) one larger than the last file on the volume with the Override Tape File (OVRTAPF) command, or load the correct volume on the tape device and try the request again.
-- If you are using the Duplicate Tape (DUPTAP) command, specify a sequence number (TOSEQNBR) one larger than the last file on the volume or a value of 1, or *END. and try the request again.
