Object &1 in &2 type *&3 not found.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Either the object name, library name, or object type is not correct. If the object that was not found is a member or format, the object could not be found in file &4 in library &5. If the object that was not found is a member and the member name is *FIRST or *LAST, the file has no members. If the member name is *ALL, then the file has no members or is not a partition file. If the object that was not found is a format and the format name is *ONLY, the file has more than one format.
Recovery . . . : Do one of the following and try your request again:
-- Correct either the object name or the library name.
-- Add a member to the file that has no members.
-- Specify a format name other than *ONLY,
