NEXT VALUE cannot be run.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : NEXT VALUE for sequence object &8 in library &7 cannot be run for reason code &1. The reason codes and their meanings follow:
1 -- The minimum or maximum value for the sequence has been reached.
2 -- The sequence object no longer exists or is not found.
3 -- Could not get the appropriate lock on the sequence object.
4 -- The sequence object has changed or is not the same sequence.
5 -- The sequence object is unusable.
6 -- The user does not have authority to use the sequence object.
Recovery . . . :
The following action may be taken based on the reason code.
1 -- Use ALTER SEQUENCE to change the minimum or maximum value for the sequence.
2 -- Ensure the sequence object exists for the duration of the query.
3 -- Ensure the sequence object does not have an exclusive lock on it.
4 -- Try the query again.
5 -- Delete and recreate the sequence object and then try the request again.
6 -- Obtain the necessary authority to the sequence object from either the security officer or the owner.
