Buffer offset &7 not valid for file &2 in &3.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The buffer offset specified is not valid. The offset for an input file must be either zero, or a positive number, or *BLKDSC. The offset for an output file must be either zero, or *BLKDSC.
*BLKDSC must be specified to extend a tape file if the existing file labels indicate an offset length of four. The file is record block format *&6. *BLKDSC is only valid for a record block format *D or *DB file.
Recovery . . . : Specify the correct BUFOFSET on the OVRTAPF command, and then try the command again.
