Cause . . . . . : The file is record block format *&6. The limits that are allowed for record lengths of FILETYPE(*DATA), BUFOFSET(0) file follow:
-- For RCDBLKFMT *F, *FB, or *U, RCDLEN must be 18-32767.
-- For RCDBLKFMT *V, *VB, *VS, or *VBS, RCDLEN must be 1-32759.
-- For RCDBLKFMT *D, or *DB, RCDLEN must be 1-9995.
Recovery . . . : Specify correct RCDLEN on the OVRTAPF command, and then try the request again.
