Device &4 no longer in ready status.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Device was processing file &2 in library &3 but is no longer in the ready state. One of the following occurred:
-- The operator removed the tape while the file was being processed.
-- A hardware error occurred.
Recovery . . . : Make sure that the tape device is ready and try the request again.
If the problem continues, contact your service provider.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : Error Log ID &22.
