FMTSLT(*RMTFMT) not valid for file &2 in library &3 for device &4.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The FMTSLT(*RMTFMT) file parameter is not allowed when the CNVTYPE(*USER) file parameter is specified.
Recovery . . . : The condition may be corrected by one of the following recovery actions:
-- If the program requires the CNVTYPE(*USER) file parameter, specify either the FMTSLT(*PGM), or the FMTSLT(*RECID) file parameter.
-- If the program requires the FMTSLT(*RMTFMT) file parameter, specify the CNVTYPE(*SYS) file parameter.
Correct the error condition, and then try the request again.
