Cause . . . . . : Job &4 specified on the JOB parameter is already being monitored to an output file. Either you specified *ALL on the JOB parameter and a STRDBMON JOB(*ALL) or QQQSSDBM for all jobs has already been done, or the database monitor has already been started on the job you specified.
The file to which the statistics are being written to is file &1 in library &2 member &3.
Recovery . . . : Do one of the following:
-- Use the data from the file to which the statistics are already being written.
-- Change the value on the JOB parameter and try your request again.
-- Perform a ENDDBMON or QQQESDBM and specify the value &4 for the JOB parameter and try to start the monitor again.
