Tape device &4 is not operational.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : One of the following occurred:
-- There is a device error.
-- The device lost power.
-- The device may have been powered off.
-- The device may be offline.
-- If the device is a virtual tape device an unexpected error was encountered while using the mounted virtual tape volume. The mounted virtual volume stream file may have been removed from the system or may be in an IASP that was varied off.
Recovery . . . : Ensure that the device is operational and try the request again. For a virtual tape device it will be necessary to vary the virtual device off and back on with RESET(*YES) to clear the error. If the problem continues, use the Analyze Problem (ANZPRB) command to report the problem.
