Load failure encountered on device &4.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Device &4 failed to load the tape properly. Possible causes are:
-- Tape drive door open.
-- Tape reel or cartridge missing.
-- Tape reel or cartridge not placed properly in drive.
-- Tape reel does not have correct reflective markers.
Recovery . . . : Correct any of the above conditions. Then try again. If the problem continues, start problem analysis (ANZPRB command).
Technical description . . . . . . . . : Error Log ID &22.
