End of media on device &4.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The end of tape media was found on device &4. The possible causes are:
-- For reel tape volumes, no reflective marker at the end of the tape.
-- For cartridge tape volumes, cartridge cannot be used.
-- For virtual tape, no additional storage can be allocated for the mounted virtual volume, or an attempt was made to write beyond the maximum volume size.
-- Hardware error.
Recovery . . . : Do one of the following:
For reel tapes, either put a reflective marker at the end of the tape or use a different volume.
For cartridge tapes, use a different cartridge.
For virtual tape, use virtual tape volumes that are stored in a different auxiliary storage pool, increase the maximum volume size, or reduce the amount of storage used by: -- Removing unused virtual tape volumes by using RMVIMGCLGE KEEP(*NO). -- Deleting any unused objects. -- Saving objects by specifying STG(*FREE). -- Saving the old log versions of QHST that are not currently used and then delete them. -- Printing or deleting spooled files on the system.
If the problem continues, start problem analysis (ANZPRB command).
