Cause . . . . . : The user profile is required to have *JOBCTL special authority or be authorized to either the QIBM_DB_SQLADM or QIBM_DB_SYSMON Function through Application Administration in System i Navigator. The Change Function Usage (CHGFCNUSG) command can also be used to allow or deny use of the function. For example: CHGFCNUSG FCNID(QIBM_DB_SQLADM) USER(xxxxx) USAGE(*ALLOWED).
Recovery . . . : Have the security officer grant *JOBCTL special authority or add the QIBM_DB_SQLADM Function usage or add the QIBM_DB_SYSMON Function usage.
