Device &4 can not be assigned to system.

Cause . . . . . : Device &4 was assigned to this system but has been assigned to another system.
Recovery . . . : Determine the system which has the device assigned to it. Unassign the device from that system and reassign the device to this system by varying off and then back on device &4.
