Cartridge not in an available category

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Cartridge &6 does not exists in a usable category at this time in library device &5. The condition code &8 indicates the cause:
1 -- Cartridge &6 is in the *NOSHARE category and the *NOSHARE is defined for system &10.
2 -- *INSERT is not a usable category.
3 -- *EJECT is not a usable category.
Recovery . . . : The condition code &8 indicates the recovery action:
1 -- Cartridge &6 primary owner is system &10 and is not available for this system.
2 -- Use the Add Tape Cartridge (ADDTAPCTG) command to add the cartridge to a usable category.
3 -- Physically remove the cartridge from the library and reinsert it into the library device.
