Error on device &4. Device response code is &6.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : SNA bind or unbind error. There is possibly a device or device configuration error.
Recovery . . . : The device response codes, their meanings, and possible causes follow:
08210000-Error in bind parameters. If device &4 is a locally attached work station, condition can be caused if the keyboard on the work station is different from the keyboard specified for the device (WSCKBD keyword on CRTDEVDSP command).
1003-Bind type sent by the system is not supported by the device.
0801XXXX-Device is not available.
6148-Incorrect bind image received.
6109-User defined data contains incorrect unbind response. If the device response code is 4013, 6117, or 6148, vary the device &4 off and then on again (VRYCFG command). Correct the error and then try the request again. If the problem occurs again, enter the ANZPRB command to run the problem analysis.
