Cause . . . . . : A tape media error occurred while processing file &2 in library &3.
Recovery . . . : Clean the tape path and heads. Then try again.
-- If the error continues to occur during output operation, load another volume and try again.
-- If the error occurs during an input operation, try using another device.
-- If the error persists, use another volume and create the input files again.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : Error Log ID &22.
