Device &4 was reset.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : A device reset has been issued to the device due to a hardware error.
Recovery . . . : Make sure that the device is ready. Then try again. If the problem continues, start problem analysis (ANZPRB command).
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The device had a hardware error that it could not recover from. A reset had to be issued. Error Log Id &22.
