Sending fail indication to device &4 not complete.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The system tried to send the fail and detach indications to end the transaction because the program closed the file without ending the transaction. However, the fail indication could not be sent because the remote program either continued to send data, or did not respond within 30 seconds. The transaction with the remote program was ended abnormally.
Recovery . . . : Check the program logic. Verify that closing the file before ending the transaction is intentional.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The session was unbound with unbind error code FE08640002 for a function abnormally ended due to excessive time.
