Write request issued when Read request required.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The program issued a write request following a read request without first receiving end of transmission (EOT).
Recovery . . . : Issue a READ to the file.
Possible choices for replying to message . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . :
I -- Request is ignored.
C -- Request is canceled. Escape msg CPF5104 is sent.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : EOT can be determined using the TRNRND indicator on the READ format for a BSC file or the RCVTRNRND indicator for an ICF file, or by checking the major or minor return code. A write to a file is valid with RQSWRT, INVITE, or FAIL option indicators on before EOT is received.
