Device &4 function not successful.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : A library device function did not complete successfully to library device &4.
Recovery . . . : A function to the library device was not successful. The condition code of &5 indicates why the command did not complete:
1 -- The library device manager did not accept the tape device to be used on the command.
2 -- The command sent to the library device manager failed.
3 -- The library device manager returned a response that was not expected.
4 -- The library device manager has been changed to offline and the commands outstanding have been terminated.
5 -- The requested command to the library device manager failed.
6 -- The library device manager has timed out.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The following recovery may prevent the problem from recurring for condition code &5:
1 -- Check the configuration of the library device and attempt the command again.
2 -- Retry the operation; if the problem continues, call your IBM service representative.
3 -- The library device manager has reported a problem; see QSYSOPR message queue to determine why the library device manager has failed.
4 -- Retry the operation when the library device manager is online.
5 -- See QSYSOPR message queue to determine why the library device command has failed.
6 -- Retry the operation when the library device manager is available.
